Please ensure you soften the ear wax for a week before your appointment. We recommend using Earol to do this, 1-2 sprays in each ear morning and night. Please DO NOT use Otex ear drops. This contains harmful ingredients that may damage your ear.
PLEASE NOTE. We may need to use Earol during the appointment. If you have your own, please bring it with you, as Earol will to need to be purchased by you if it is required for the procedure and you do not have any with you.
